Does anyone know a good gym to go to Ho Chi Minh City?

Hello, I'll be there April 2 in Ho Chi Minh City, District 1. I looking for gym decent size with good cardio machines, and machine too much weight. A sauna or steam bath is not necessary, but I'll be great to have one. The area must be clean, bright and well equipped. If you address it would be great. Prefer either district 1 and 3. If my memory is correct, and if this place opens again, not the gym run by one of the most famous bodybuilder Pham Van Mach of Vietnam. I was so happy to have found there (was in District 5 good), clean, AC-DE, fully equipped and very kind (they were even willing to open 11 am for me). Not sure of the address but here is how you turn right on San Bieu Nguyen Tran Hung Dao St, if you travel to District 5 1 (or vice versa), however, take the one that will take you to Chu Y Bridge (the gym is on the left side of the street and it was like on the corner). Just go there and ask people for more information, cost me $ 15 month (four days a week) (and what was almost a year ago, but I can always ask my friend who still lives there, if there are any changes) from Ho Chi Minh crazy in every sense (particularly traffic), but you will be happier than you are there.
